Just bought a Power King, serial number says its a 1958 and has a B&S 10 hp engine.I believe the model to be a 2410. Cant seem to find any lierature on the tractor or engine. Runs good but the governor needs to be fine tuned. Would like to rebuild carb but can't find anyone with parts. Any comments???? Thanks Henry

You could contact Mission Manufacturing Corp. in Princeton, Indiana 812-385-5061; they own the Power-King wyrks and have aboot everything you may need.
I find them most helpful, I usually talk to a man by the name of Adam.

If it"s a 1958, then it"s an Economy and the model is Power King. They didn"t start the numbered series until the mid 70"s. They offered two models, Power King and Jim Dandy with a standard and deluxe version of each. A deluxe version usually will have foot brakes, lights, electric start and sheet metal over the drive shaft.

I have talked to Adam and he says they are a sales organization and can't help with ID or motor parts or as I was looking for steering parts, said the only steering parts they have is bearings. Thanks anyway I appreciate the input
