magneto on wisconsin engine, was not impulsing. i removed it from the machine, cleaned points, oiled and removed spring end from magneto. Now i cannot assemble teh magneto. the spring end is the problem. i cannot get the spring on the magneto and the little spring cover. is there a web site that tells how to do this?
