Economy tractor

I seem to be running into dead ends and perhaps someone can help me here.
I just became the happy owner of a "round hood" style Economy tractor. S/N 10354B.
What year would that be?
12 HP Briggs and Stratton engine. Hand brakes. Electric start.
Very good running order,just dirty.
Even has the original decal from Engineering Products. This is good enough that I will not restore it. I"ll leave it in it"s working clothes.
Any help will be gratefully accepted.
Regards-

According to my chart its a 1963 Model.
I need more info as to tyre size and frame, it could be a Jim Dandy or a Country Squire.
Picture is vorth a 100 words.

This is mine, serial number 5886 year 1958 it has the Briggs engine, rope start, manual lift, AND foot brakes. It seems to me that if you have hand brakes, yours would be older instead of newer. Did you get the serial number from a 2"X4" tag on the clutch housing facing the seat?

Thanks for the replies-I appreciate your help.

Rear tires are 7.2-24,fronts are 3.5-12.

Serial number IS from data plate on clutch housing. The plate definitely says Economy tractor

Tractor has hand brakes that ARE awkward to use.

I seem to have issues posting pictures on this site,so forgive me. I'll work on that some more.

Generally, when I buy things like this they are stuck/worn out/broken/parts missing. Everything works as it should and everything is pretty tight. The engine seems a bit tired, but I'm over fifty and get tired,too;-]!
These are cool no-frills machines that were built for working. I couldn't turn down this machine. I bought it from one of my neighbors. I drove it home-about a 1/4 mile. Very large grin!
