Briggs Stratton air filter bottom

I am looking to buy a new or good used air filter bottom housing. This fits on a John Deere 116 Lawn Tractor. Deere part number is M84638 or Briggs number is 223251. Condition not too critical as long as it is usable.

What is wrong with the old one? Do you have all the other parts? It looks like a regular Twin cylinder engine aircleaner housing. What horsepower is it?

This unit was brought to me minus the complete air filter. I have all the parts except the base. Briggs number 223251 or John Deere number M84638. Engine information Model 402707, Type 0131 01, Code 81121612.

How does the top cover bolt down? One Screw or two wingnuts? The Briggs part # you gave doesn't work for me. Below is a pdf from the Briggs site.

Single bolt-496599 changes to 691401
Two wingnuts-398826 changes to 495617

Most all briggs parts can be ordered. I have gotten parts for briggs engines all the way back to the 50s. Here in south jersey there is a great place in runnamed called sj mower parts.
