Cub Cadet 108

I started at the ignition switch, tracing the problem with the non-starting CC 108. When I got to the first safety switch (PTO safety switch) I discovered my problem. I bypassed both safety switches by running a wire from the ignition switch direct to the solenoid. Problem solved!

I don"t have the use of the safety switches but at least I didn"t have to have an inline starter switch.

I would like to thank all the people that responded to my original post with the great suggestions. Again, thank you.

There you go! Did you download the wire diagram? The saftey switches are there for a good reason but if you just have a tugger and no mower deck OK. If you have a mower deck then replace them! They do not cost that much! YOUR FOOT OR TOES DO! Glad you got back to us. Jeffcat

I got the diagram and started from the ignition switch. It didn't take long from there.

Thanks for your help.
