traded for a wheelhorse d80 cannot get it to charge what is my problem work on it for two days still wont charge. thanks steve

put a new amp gauge new key switch new reg box check all wires has 8hp kohler engine
Click on link below & download/save service manual for the K series eng,in section 8 of manual it will tell you how to troubleshoot charging system.
If you don't have an operators manual for tractor get mod#/sn of tractor off id tag & goto website below,see if operators manual is avail as a free download,manual usually has wiring diag of tractor in it.Also goto ebay & search wheel horse manuals,go thru listings & see if any listed for your tractor.
