is there any market for these or are they just scrap have a 1050 800 and 600 no one seems to be interested

There are a lot of people looking for the Bolens Tube Frames.

They were a VERY well built tractor, so a lot of them still survive, and they aren't considered rare.

The best thing would be to see pictures and a description of the ones you have.

Just off the top of my head, those three could be worth anywhere from $75.00-$400.00 each.

It all depends on their condition.

There's one of these for sale, a 1050, on craigslist, in missouri. If i was a little closer and gas wasn't so high, I'd snatch it up. I'd love to have a project like that. Sad, the guy says he's gonna scrap it if someone doesn't get it. I would love to have it.

I hung on to my Bolens 1050 when I got a new J.D. 275. The Bolens engine needed overhauled and I didn't bother. What I am doing is using a new 9 h.p. engine with a recoil start- but I only use the Bolens for plowing gardens and pushing snow. This winter the Bolens got used a lot. I have it loaded heavy on the back, have a counterweight that attaches to the lift handle to make it easy to raise a 6' hardwood plank I bolt to the blade. This doesn't sound practical but I switch the engine to my woodsplitter in the summer. I can change it back and forth in not much over 1/2 hr.- it helps that it's a recoil start.

Still very popular from what I've been seeing. Not so much with the 600, but the 800 with the hi-low belt changer yes, and the 1050 even more so.

Well built heavy duty garden tractors but unfortunately not a big market for them for some reason. The tillers are especially well built.Just like anything else with some age on it it takes awhile to find someone thats interested.
