Garden- All walk-behind

We're looking for information on a model HS walk-behind Garden-All tractor. The serial number is 12399. Is there a serial number list I can check to find out what year it was manufactured? Any manuals available? It has a model NPR6 Briggs and Strattan engine, type 307015, serial number 1490806. I haven't had much luck finding information about this - just some vintage ads and the history of the company.

According to sn of eng same was made in Jan of 52,this should date tractor within one year,not much info/manuals around for this tractor.

A book I have shows the Garden-All being made by the Garden-All Tractor Co. Inc. in Liberty, Ind. In 1949 an ad stated the Garden-All could handle every job around you lawn or garden. Then in 1953 an ad shows 6 walker models and 2 rider models. In 1960 it was noted that the tractors were manufactured by Tractors, Inc. Indianapolis, Ind. Hope this helps.
