Do a google search for standard twin tractor+manual,also do a google search for standard twin tractor+yahoo groups,checkout/join forum,you might have a good chance of locateing a manual there.

You can call American Farm Machinery in MN to see if they have a manual at 218-367-2479. I had 5 or 6 0f these tractors plus a Viking G. This was in the 1960's and 70's. Hal

I have a good running standard twin I picked up at a estate sale no wheels or handles. where do I find the no to tell what year it is?

The year it was built and the serial number were probably on the crossbar of the handles. The engine may have a serial number. I've had 5 or 6 of those tractors. I also had a Viking G and it had this on the crossbar 36G5 It was built in 1936 and was the 5th tractor built that year. Standard Twins used that too. When I sold the Viking I kept the moldboard plow and I made a frame so I could use it on my Wards garden tractor's sleeve hitch. Hal

thanks for info. when I went to this sale they had been cleening out an old garage. The scrappers probably took the handles along with what else they could lift. you dont pick this up. we winched it out thanks Jim nice plow.
