John Deere 318 fuel pump

I have replaced quite a few Onan fuel pumps on John Deere 318s. Looking at a box of old ones, I got to thinking. Does anybody make a diaphram or rebuild kit for them?

I don't think they make repair kits anymore.
I do know that Kohler doesn't have repair kits for their fuel pumps.

I thought the fuel pump on my Sears Surburban with 18 horse power Onan was bad. Found out the gas cap wasn't vented, the vent hole was plugged up.
I blowed air in the fuel line from the pump back to the tank, now everything is good.

Easy fix. Install an electric fuel pump.

I would do what Brian suggested and install an electric pump. Call this place in OH to see if they have parts for your pump. Hal

I just intalled one of the round pumps like Briggs, Kohler, and Kawasaki use.
I installed an elbow in the pulse hose at the blower cover and ran an extension up to the pump on the firewall. I did have to make the fuel lines longer.
