Is this really a Sears tractor??(Pics)

This is coming up for sale near me and caught my attention. Has 1 bt. plow,front blade, 2 wheel cart but no deck. Just wondering if this is indeed a sears if not what is it??

That is a 1964 David Bradley built Sears Suburban 725 tractor powered by a B&S model 19D engine. I have one like it. It was marketed as a 8hp tractor but AC used the same engine in the B1 and sold it as a 7.25hp tractor. Make sure that the clutch snaps in and out OK and that the reverser pulley, below the seat on the RH side turn OK.

Yes it is and a very nice looking one, Jerry gave you all the good stuff on it they are nice fun tractor and the 3 pt is very useful. Oh the 725 on the side means 7.25 hp, I'd go for it a plow, front blade and trailer would make it a good useful machine. Just looked the photos over again that is one nice looking tractor with the decals the pulley belt covers there and in place.
