Hi, again, they are great tractors very strong and many many implements were made for them, I like them so well i have 3 a 66 Suburban 10 a 67 S12 and a 1972 S12 converted to a 16HP Tecumseh OH160. The really 10 & 12 hp engines had points (approx 65-67) a SSI engine can not be reverted to a points engine, there are a number of DIY electronic ignitions and one basically a plug and play system that being Dale Colvert's Overnight solutions system, I opted for Dale's system for the Tec OH160 it was as easy as installing the OEM SSI.http://overnight-solutions.com/index_files/Page391.htm This post was edited by MNGB at 20:36:05 08/26/13.
