John Deere X750

I have a 2013 X750 diesel with the 60HC mower that now has 22 hours on it. It has developed a hydraulic "tick" at idle. If i move the steering wheel or raise / lower the deck the noise goes away, until you stop then it returns. I started hearing the noise around the 6 hour mark after the machine had been running a while. Now it will do it after a few minuets of running.Any ideas? Any one else have a similar issue?

Such a high end garden tractor as you have i would take it to a Deere dealer and let them check it out.Take advantage of the warranty.You will have to cover any transportation charges,or haul it yourself.

After having the garden tractor for 3 weeks they came back and told me that the noise was normal....

Working for a deere Dealer, I checked out the dealer network to see what is said about this. You are definitely not alone with this problem. Deere says they are aware of the complaint and is working on the problem. Stay in contact with your dealer and don't let them forget about your issue. Makes you glad there is a 4 year warranty.
