Can someone help me please identify this machine? Seems to be that the entire bottom of the machine is the "deck"... It is all original, has small hard wheels all around. I have a chance to buy it at around $450 but I would like to know what I am getting into if someone can help out! (What a thing to restore, this thing is definitely different!)

That is a Bolens Ridemaster Riding Mower.
It appears to have the Lauson engine, and was manufactured in approx 1957-1959.
If you can get the model number of the mower, and/or the numbers from the engine, I can probably give you more info.
I"m not sure it is worth the $450, but that is up to you!
