I have to look at a 320 for a friend, He says it wont idle down and the engine runs wild, It ran great when they shut it off, but on restarting it is doing this. Could it be the plastic governer gear I hear about? And how big of a job to fix it is it is? Thanks in advance.
 
Saw one lose the butterfly screws and do this. No damage, just replaced shaft, screws and butterfly.
