Cub mower deck belt

I have a cub cadet 1200 with a 44" mower deck. The
original part # for the belt is IH 490489 R2 .
Does anyone have the length of this belt ?
Does anyone have across to a NAPA #?

Some references call it a 3/8" 80" belt, some call it a 1/2" X 80" belt.

Just a word of caution, If your belt twists around pulleys like my 40+ year cadet does......only buy the OEM equipment, they cost but they do stand up....on my 3rd belt on a 1969 model, cut an acre a week....Alex

Have to agree with Alex. OEM is well worth the extra $'s. Will far outlast the other's.

If you have a shop in your area that rebuilds and sells new electric motors they most of time have a large selection of belts. Take your old belt and they can match it.They can match it to an industrial belt that will out last the OEM replacement belts.I mow 3 acres and will go through two OEM belts to one industrial belt.
