Case 220 problem

My Case 220 will run real good and mow for about 30 to 45 minutes and then it seems to just run out of power as far as the drive goes, it has hydralic drive trans, I"ve changed the fluid and have plenty in the reservoir. I was told there is a filter in the line but I"ve yet to find it. I do not have a parts manual so if someone can tell me where the filter is (if it has one) maybe I can take it out and clean it. It seems odd that it does OK for 30 to 45 minutes. Thanks for any help,

There is no filter.

If you did not install 15W40 or 20W50 MOTOR OIL in your hydraulic reservoir, that is most likely the problem. Remove the drain plug on the underside of the travel valve and run the tractor long enough to pump out all the oil. When you see it spurt air, shut the engine off.

I'm betting that you put hydraulic oil into it. That's a mistake.
