MTD Cub cadet. About 3yrs old. 23 hp. Briggs ran perfect at the close of the season last year. I pulled it out of the shed this week to replace the blades, put fresh gas in it but it ran nasty to say the least. Spitting, surging, and then smoothed out for a few minutes and started surgeing and popping again at high rpm. Any ideas?
