KT 17 compression

I've been doing a little work on a recently purchased 782 cub with a KT 17 engine. Did a compression check on it tonite and had 90# on one side and 95# on the other. What is normal and is this fine? Thanks, Dave S

90/95 LBS not to bad I seen worst. Question: Did you have the throttle wide open when taking your check?

Yes I did. Motor has sat for a while probably should have also put a few drops of oil in each cylinder and checked them also.
