| | Many times it seems problems are a simple fix . some of us will try to go the most expensive way for things like fuel problems by replacing a carburetor, and still come to find it is a leaking manifold instead.. I haven't tried that approach yet,I have other problems that has taken my time (Water pump in well) to try yet...all other info you have given me has been right on . I still need to get that 6 1/2 " pulley for the wheel horse. I used to work in a factory and one of the blue collar workers was working on a problem, he had a great education and Knew so much that he would ask some of the people within the manual working force Questions about simple things.. I ask him one day why he did this, with the education he had he should know all the answers??? He said too much education. "I start at the top of the list of possibilities, and work down, of many numerous things it could be, when in fact some fixes may just be a simple bump with a hammer, we laughed and became good friends after that . I appreciate all answers to my posts. I just figure you have been versed on Wheel horse pretty well. It works for me .. If you reply back to me we can keep in touch. |

| | Just read it this morning, wasn't on computer yesterday afternoon/evening,it's nice to get a reply from someone to know if advice helped or person was appreciative of same,it's a sad fact for whatever reason that in a large percentage of the past 1-2 generations there is a lack/total lack of being able to say thank you or post a followup on this/other forums if advice you gave helped/fixed posted problem, from many you only hear from again if advice didn't help & no kind of follow up as to what actual problem was. As I said before,it's nice to hear from somene that they were helped by advice & appreciated same,to you I say THANK YOU for the email. Joe |

| It's been 5 or 6 years ago when a man in Alabama couldn't get his tractor started. He posted on the Farmall forum and I told him to clean the points. He sent me a big box of pecans. I had to shell them. Then we froze them. Sure were good in pecan pies and just eating them. Hal |
