The plow is off a Viking walk behind tractor I bought in 1960. When I sold the Viking I kept the plow. To get the plow to work on the Wards tractor I had to make a template of the handles on the Viking. The hardest part was getting the bends the same. The bracket at the rear was copied off the Viking handles and the drawbar is just of piece of metal bent 90° and welded to the plow bracket. When I first made it I used cap screws for mounting the bracket to the sleeve hitch. That was a pain so I made the bracket to fit the sleeve hitch using one pin. The hydraulics on the tractor lifts and lowers the plow. Here are few pics of the plow bracket. You can still see the 4 tapped holes on the sleeve hitch. Hal |

| Thanks for the pictures of how you made the plow work. Around here where I live there wasn't any Montgomery Ward tractors that I knew of. I have some now and one that Gilson marketed as a Gilson, just painted different color than the Wards |
