Exmarks are good quality machines. I worked at an Exmark dealership for a little while. They came in to the service department a lot less than the other brands we carried (Scag, Gravely, Husqvarna.)

You can still destroy a good mower, though, in 1200 hours. That's a lot on a zero turn. Has it been well maintenanced?

What engine does it have, Kohler or Kawasaki? Is it a Lazer Z?

Yes, it is a Lazer Z with "HP" after the "Z"..

23 HP Kaw engine..

I bought it and I am amazed at how much Steel it is made from..!!! I don't see anything that appears to be "worn" to any extent..except maybe the rear tires show some wear..

ExMarks are made well. I have been around nearly every zero turn out there, but ExMarks seem to be one of the best, and one of the few I would consider if I was shopping.

I certainly hope it gives you many, many hours more service!
