When i go to look at a lawn tractor, i ask the owner what he wants for it, what is wrong with it, does it work with few problems. I"ll try it out in his driveway and yard, and check the general condition of it. If it is shabby, i won"t make a big offer for it. And, the sounds it makes when running, and all, is something else to be wary of. So, i make a ridiculous offer, and if they like it, i buy it. If not--bye-bye. Plenty more out there.
