I bought a new John Deere D110 about 3 months ago. Was out mowing some leaves around when all of a sudden the mower just up & died. It won't fire back up but turns over well. I was thinking maybe one of the sensors went bad....don't know & haven't had a chance to take it by the dealer yet. Is there any kind of a characteristic problem that could have caused this?
Thanks,
Arnie

You need to pull off a plug wire and see if there's fire to the plug. Make sure your ignition switch is in the on postition. If there's fire you probably have a fuel problem. If there's no fire you may have a safety switch that may be defective. Could be a bad ignition
module. If you don't feel up to troubleshooting I would take it to a dealer. Hal

I would check first to see if I could find a wire off or loose somewhere on the machine. If you can't find anything take it back to dealer. At 3 months old Deere should still be under warranty.

Being it doesn't sound like it's a characteristic problem & it's under 2 yr. warranty, I'll just let the dealer find the problem. Thanks for y'all help.
