Bought a snowblower for a 716 Allis chalmers for my 410 and will let you guys know how it works and if it fits when I get it. Hope it works good will try to get pictures on here when I get it. Probebly need to buy some chains and weights know to but I will try it without them first and see how it does

been ther done that with snowblower on lawn tractor, without weight and chains you won't get to far was my experience. this simply applies to any two wheel drive tractor no matter how large.

I really like my lawn tractor snow blower but chains and wheel wts are needed accessories and a cab really finishes it off, I just have a three sided (back is open) fabric cab but it so nice to be out of the sifting snow.

If it's just snow, Ags will give a bit better traction. However, if ICE becomes part of the equation, neither turfs nor Ags will do the job. At that point you will need chains.

With Ags, you will want chains that are designed for them, not the commpn ladder type. The ladder type will fall down between the lugs and not be as effective as they should be

Here are couple of links to the style you would need with Ags:

Also, weight is your friend. I would highly recommend that you have the tires filled with Rim Guard.

Ok thanks. I have turf tires on my Massey if I get chains that
aren't for the ag tires, I can switch them out, I will look at you
sites I wondered about that with the ag tires. And for weights I
might buy wheel weights even though there spendy. Thanks
for the info
