150 garden tractor paint codes

I .am restoring a case lawn tractor model 150 looking for the code numbers to have paint mix, as automotive paint would be, the color is the desert-sunset,i have a body shop guy who said he will paint for me, but doesn,t want to use enamel paint, which i already have.

There is a section on this site that provides paint codes.

Click on the link below.

The correct colour is Flambeau Red for the frame, rims, axles, engine etc.

The tin is Desert Sunset.

Whether those codes are for enamel or not, I don't know. But at least your body shop guy should be able to get them translated to whatever type of paint he prefers to shoot.

Here is a link to Rods tractor paint codes. Case included. He has PPG's and Duponts. I would at least use acrylic enamel with hardener. Hal
