The MF10/12 were built by AMF, not Simplicity. I don"t think you will be able to find anyone that still makes a steering wheel for it, but should be able to find lots of used ones on eBay. You could always try bringing the part number to the MF dealer. I have occasionally found very old new stock for parts that I never dreamed I could find new. But be prepared to pay if you go this route.

The early mf tractors built before the 1000 series in the 70's were actually built by 3 different mfg, dura, badger northland & amf,I used to goto a simplicity dealer to get parts for my mf8,he had a pn cross ref between mf/simplicity.Goto link below & click on history & read thru it for mf tractors.

Take mod/sn of tractor with you to a local simplicity dealer, depending on mfg yr mf,simplicity & allis tractors were built by same mfg, dealer might have a simplicity/mf cross ref for wheel pn and be able to still get, also try searching massey ferguson mf10 or 12 on ebay, you might find a good used wheel.
