i,m stumped; how do i remove the pulleys and fly wheel from my 1614 power king..it's an
k321 14hp engine

I take this is the clutch flywheel? Loosen all the bolts holding on the "Hogshead", the bellhousing I mean. It will move around, but not pull off past flywheel. This gives access to the back of flywheel, by pulleys and engine crank. There are set-screws in the pulley area, two, to remove. Use plenty of penetrant on crank and area, spry into set-screw holes too. Using very short, yet heavy bolts, say 1/2" with nuts, wedge them between the back of the pulley and the engine crankcase. Use two, one each side. Using two wrenches, slowly unscrew the nut from bolt, a little each side and they should start to push the flywheel/pulley off crank. If it starts and moves, you will need to maybe change to a little longer bolts as space gets bigger. I like to use the long threaded rod couplers once you get more room to make them go farther before changing size. Don't use a puller on outside edges of the flywheel flat surface, you will break it right away. Some fellas have made a puller to lay accross the bellhouse and run bolts to two center holes in flywheel and had luck with that. Go to www.yahoogroups.com and pick Power King group and there are many tips and even pictures on how to remove this part. Once it is off, sand and clean engine crank, clean out the flywheel hole, clean up keyways and make it slide on/off easy. There is a snap ring inside the flywheel hole to change for depth of install, and one should drill a dimple in crank for one of the set-screws to seat into. This is all explained in the Power King link above. Take your time, don't get frustrated, it is somewhat difficult and PIA to do this procedure.
