Cub Cadet 124 w/ PTO

The creeper is worth a couple hundred by itself since they are rare. The PTO is not useful but probably has collector value. Check with the guys on IHCubCadetsDOTcom or OnlyCubCadetsDOTcom or check eBay.

While the combination is rare (especially with the PTO) value is in the eye of the person you are selling it to. The creeper gear adds about $100 to the Cub as a unit, the PTO doesn't add much as most people don't have a use or a desire for them and many people don't even know what they are. In "refurbished" condition a shiny 124 with new decals and tires could bring $1000 - $1200 at a good auction or possibly more. In rough non running condition $175 - $200.

The only value to the Rear PTO is the "cool factor". Functionally, it is worthless. There are no implements that can attach to it and run right. There are people that will pay a lot for this rear PTO while others like me, won't give a nickel for one.

I GET A 150 FOR REBUILT CREEPER GEAR THE PTO WILL WORK IF YOU FIND A PTO TILLER FROM A ARIENS GARDEN TRACTOR YOU CAN DO SOMECHANGES TO THE HOOK UP AN USE THE TILLER

The mechanically rear PTO's from the IH built Cubs turn the opposite of most rear implement applications. Thus, as said before....worthless unless you run a "reverser" attachment.
