husqvarna 2754 hydrostat transmissin problems

Having trouble with the transmission engaging in full foward and hardly at all in reverse.
I thought I had seen some people with the same trouble but I searched everywere and cant find out how to fix it.
if anyone has any ideas I would apreciate it! thanks

I assume this is a fairly later model riding mower with a Hydro trans sometime called automatic. I alsoassume there is not any where on the trans to check or fill with oil. It is most likely the trans is TOAST. Also these transmission cost more to rebuild than replace. They are also expensive.
