On a briggs & stratton engine to take the fly wheel off you have to remove the recoil rachet. I borrowed the wrench for the job from a small engine shop. I am wondering which way it spins off...Are they reverse threads? also if there is any tricks I should know about. Thanks all

Although some older Briggs have a left hand thread on the flywheel nut, I've never seen one new enough to have a recoil that has anything but standard right hand threads. I use a large pair of ChanneLLock pliers to remove the recoil rachet. good luck!!
