I have a 1999 cub cadet 3165 with a 16 hp briggs and stratton engine and 500 hours. when tractor is running it blows out the breather tube, I have changed the breather assembly and it still continues to do this the oil was changed and not overfilled. HELP1

I don't know what type engine you have.
If its a Single cylinder with a vertical shaft, it may be a head gasket. On vertical shaft singles with over head valves, they sometimes blow out into the pushrod galley. You don't know you have a problem until they start smoking.

Otherwise, rings are probably worn out. would need a ring job.

A compression test, leakdown test and or a crankcase vacum test will tell the story.
