On my 10 hp wheel horse riding lawn mower, with a collier cast iron motor, the starter motor went out and I priced a new one at $200. More than I paid for the mower. Wonder if anyone knew a way to start these lawn mowers with something other than the starter motor.

Goto ebay & type kohler starter in search,find one that match's mod of eng you have,should be able to to get a good used starter for $5-$25+ shipping
