I agree with Roger; my Fordson production matrix indicates a Sept. 1925 production date for your Model F. Looks like a good solid tractor; the fenders are a plus, even if with a slight wrinkle. Many farmers removed the fenders because they tended to vibrate quite a bit...

When you list it, be sure to take photos from all angles, as potential bidders will be interested in a number of factors: what type of carburetor/vaporizer and manifold; whether or not it has a belt pulley, with or without a lever to engage/disengage it; type of drawbar & its condition; whether the fuel tank is solid; and how the radiator looks, to name just a few things...

You might also want to mention that the coil box is missing its top and contains no coils, just in the interests of "caveat emptor."
