Tractors for sale and what to ask

A friend has what he knows of it, a 1922 Fordson. I looked at it in the barn and I didn't know where to look for the serial number but now I do. I will confirm that later
but in my research, it should be a model F? The engine is free, all the coils are in the box, steel all around, some fender damage, left platform rusted away. Someone has
added a solenoid and a starter switch for some reason but that isn't hooked to anything.
I'm looking for a value. He wants to sell it. He has never seen it run so he doesn't know the condition of the engine.

He also has what I think is a F-12 on full steel with extensions. This tractor runs but he is afraid to crank it. It has cultivators on it. Again, what is it worth?
