The caption for this picture states: This Roadless converted E27N with high clearance front axle was developed in 1951 for locust control in Tanganyika (now Tanzania). It was fitted with 11x36 inch tires all around for greater mobility in wet and muddy areas. A Taskers trailer with similar wheels and tires was towed behind.
