Super Major 3pt isssue help

I recently bought an SM that I now have running and have drove around a bit. But the 3pt will not move. I have a small shop manual but am looking 1st for info on a filter for this hydraulic system.....ANy info on what this has? How to check it or check hydraulic flow or pressure?

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have the PTO in gear. Only filters are a metal screen washable intake filter accessed from underneath with the oil
drained, four bolts around a plate up above the drawbar. Oil will run down your arm to your armpit as you work on it. Guess how I
know!

Second problem area is the unload valve stuck,see pictures, for that you have to take the top off and free it up. Clean only with metal polish
or jeweller's Rouge. If it is a rubber "O" ring use only one from Case New Holland. If it is a metal ring, leave alone and
carefully replace it back into the housing. I use a thick grease to hold it in its grove then gently work around it with a small
screwdrive until it pops in.

Draw the unload valve plug with a puller. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO DRIVE IT AND THE VALVE OUT FROM THE REAR WITH A PUNCH. The slightest
damage can render the valve useless.
