A friend of a friend has asked me for some help. He is looking for a replacement headlight (at least I assume it is a headlight) unit. Anybody know where I could get new or used? It has been a while since he asked me about something else and in that time I have forgotten exactly what it is. However, I vaguely remember it being a 49 fordson but for some reason I believe it is out of Europe. Any help would be much appreciated.

That is a Fordson Major from between 1952 and 1964, over here we call those side lights or marker lights, the head lamps are on the front cowl or in front of the radiator on later models.

The lights are readily available both new and second hand on e-bay but you might find shipping a problem. I know this company ships world wide www.agrilineproducts.com
