Did Fordson make an Orchard and grove model?

Here is a picture of one. Is it a factory job, or an aftermarket conversion?

I would guess it's a modification. Thousands of ideas were tried out on Fordsons. Fenders were needed in many fields to cut down on the dust that tended to make the driver miserable.

In the case of orchards, the fenders were used to ward off low-hanging branches that might have gotten caught in the wheels. Often they were tapered toward the front and higher to keep the driver from getting slapped by the branches.

A company called Weeks in Kent {south east England} modified Fordson N's to narrow width for use in orchards & hopyards.
