Fordson Tractor

I bought a used Fordson Tractor dirt cheap, It has a rod knock, It came with front bucket and backhoe, The guy I bought from got it thru a swap, he thinks its a 1962 Fordson Super Major. I would like to overhaul engine, but need to find out what I really have. I got the following numbers from the cyl block; 1559756 7 E1ADKN6015 E and The injection fuel pump is by SIMMs and the number is SPEA4705380. Can anyone help and is there is cyl blocks used avavilable.

You have a 1960 Power Major built in May of that year according to your engine number. Parts are still available over here in England but I would suggest you try British Tractor Wreckers in Canada.

thanks, this will make it easier to know what I have and also where can I go to find this information. I tried looking up the s/n numbers and struck out. I will look them up.
