Hi There is no Sherman reverser on these tractors. the stick at the front is the main gears 3 forward and 1 reverse. to get 6 forward and 2 reverse speeds you use the high low range lever on the right side of the bottom gauges, to double up the 3 & 1. The gearbox is a crash type with no syncro's or reverser, and needs clutching for every change of gear, and to clutch and stop moving between forward and reverse gears. The lever on the left by the clutch pedal puts the pto drive in gear. Regards Robert
