E Morris, Your problem is most likely the shut-off under your tank. If your shut-off is the original one that came with your tractor, it will have the cold start on it. More than likely, it is stopped up. I do not know of any way to clean it out. I have tried to clean a couple of them out with no luck. The best way to find out if that is your problem, is to take your two lines loose, and remove the shut-off from the tank. Then buy a cheap $12.00 one from your dealer for a 2000 Ford. With this cheap one for the 2000, you will not be able to hook up and use the cold start line. But you will be able to tell if this will make your tractor run for only $12.00. If this solves your problem, then you can decide if you want to spend the extra money for the correct shut-off for your super dexta as they are a lot more expensive. If you have any questions on how the shut off for the 2000 Ford will work on super dexta let me know as I have suggestions for that as well. Hope this helps, Bob

Hi Fatbob50
Thank you for your reply re. fuel pump problem.
The fuel supply going into the pump seems fine (have taken the inlet off and the flow is full pipe), so am looking at other options.
