Right after using my tractor it leaks oil from a tiny hole at the bottom of the clutch housing. This hole is pencil tip size. Is it a designed hole and how can I stop oil leak and where is this oil coming from?Any comments will be appreciated.

Most likely the hole is there to drain any oil that gets in the clutch area so the clutch doesn't get soaked in oil. MF tractors have a similar hole. Do not plug the hole. A small leak isn't too bad but if it leaks a lot, it's coming from the rear engine seal and/or the front transmission seal. You need to split the tractor to repair the leaking seal and while it's apart fix them both and check the clutch.
