The price isn't bad. It's about as nice as any I've found. The rear wheels look like they were originally steel lug, cut-off and rubber tire rims welded on. A couple companies made 24 inch rear wheels, but most farmers cut off the originals. I can't tell about your front wheels. The round spoke is a replacement wheel of some sort. If the rear tires hold air, that might be good enuf for parades. The fronts should be replaced with tractor-style tires.
The tractor looks very complete and well-preserved. You can tell how much use it had by whether the draw-pin hole is worn, or other signs of wear. Many may have ended their careers as belt-tractors and not used for field work at all. It would have been painted the dark Fordson blue with Orange wheels and hi-lights.
