Its an older restoration but the motor is stuck..Couldnt read the serial # but I assume its mid 1930's..It has pto and a belt pulley..11 x 28 rear tires will hold air but fronts are shot..Radiator is perfect, block seems OK..Asking $1200 but $1000 would probably buy it..

looks complete. rear wheels are earlier cutoffs. Zenith gas carb. It's 1932-36. See how much water is in the pan before you buy it.
Value is hard to figure. I hope it can be saved from the scrap guy. If it can be freed up it would be a good one as you don't have to hunt down parts.

It's a 1937 or slightly older. The air cleaner inlet on the steering column went away for 1938.
The serial number is on the opposite side of your picture and closer to the front. If you are patient and use good solvents or lube, you can get the engine loose. It would be easier if they had a starter ring gear to put some force on it. Do not try to pull it in gear and pop the clutch. That will tear out the worm gear rear ends. Attached is a view of mine

The price isn't bad. It's about as nice as any I've found. The rear wheels look like they were originally steel lug, cut-off and rubber tire rims welded on. A couple companies made 24 inch rear wheels, but most farmers cut off the originals. I can't tell about your front wheels. The round spoke is a replacement wheel of some sort. If the rear tires hold air, that might be good enuf for parades. The fronts should be replaced with tractor-style tires.

The tractor looks very complete and well-preserved. You can tell how much use it had by whether the draw-pin hole is worn, or other signs of wear. Many may have ended their careers as belt-tractors and not used for field work at all.

It would have been painted the dark Fordson blue with Orange wheels and hi-lights.
