Serial Number

Hey knowledgable Fordson guys, I recently bought a 1923 fordson. I was told this was the year, but dont know where to look for a serial number to confirm this. I found a 4 digit number on the non carbuetor side of the block with one digit directly below the 4 digit one, is that it? Also, If the block was cracked but repaired well does this affect the value much? Thanks for info.

Thats a part number. The serial number is on a flat just above the forward most manifold bolt. If you look to the left side of this page you will see a research & info section. Serial numbers are listed there.
