Hardworking Fordson Major LBH

This old Major had been sitting a couple years. Plugged it in, installed a spare starter, and it was running on second try. Drove it 6 miles.
It has a Johnson Hydraulics Major 30 loader and a Johnson Hydraulics Backhoe. Very much welded up. These were made in Minneapolis, as were the Sherman Loader/Backhoes, but entirely different design concept.

Well, thanks to this post I know the loader on my Fordson Power Major is a Johnson Hydraulics Major. I could make out the 'Ma' on the manufacturing plate but nothing else. It has Ford decals, but was clearly not Ford. The backhoe on mine is definitely a Ford 19-551 - the tag is very readable.
Mine is a good unit except the power steering is not working. Right now I don't know whether the issue is the pump or the cylinder but I am hoping pump. Any old power steering pump will get a good cylinder working. A bad cylinder looks to be a big deal to fix.
