have anyone replaced a diaphragm in sim fuel injector pump on a 1960 or 1961 dexta i dont know exactly wich one it is

Its not too hard. Remove the vacuum line from the gov. housing to the manifold. Take the 4 bolts out of the housing. The spring will try to push the housing off, so be ready for it. Pull the diaphragm out and remove the washer and cottar pin that hold it on the fuel control rod. Install the new one exactly the same way that the old one came out.

Mr. tirestrack you are the greatest!!!
Do i have to remove the iinjector pump from the tractor or can i replace the diaphragm while the injector is still attached to the tractor???
Again THANKS!!!!!!

I'm glad that you fixed the problem.
I don't see what it would hurt to burn biodiesel. The fuel system is pretty basic. I've never used biodiesel myself, but I've been told that you will need a few extra fuel filters when you first start using it and it gels at a lot higher temp. than diesel.

Yes. That's what I meant. I don't know the exact temps, but I know it doesn't work well in cold weather, unless you mix it with something else, or use a tank heater. It also varies, depending on what type of oil it was made from.
