Nice restoration, it would be kind of hard to move it on pavement though. Must be only for ice. Interesting setup. Like the setup on a similar tractor that had screw type pontoons for the snow.
 
I have the patent modle for the the first screw type ground and water armytank 1917. Ford copied it later to put screws on a Fordson tractor .This modle is about 30 " long
 
In 1985 I kept the road open and towed the Ice Road Truckers on the MacKenzie River for 400 miles moving an oilwell and at -55 F you wouldn't want to be there with that tractor .This was a much more hazardous road than going to the diamond mines .we had to cross the black water river about 1/8 miles wide in 5-6 ft of water as it froze to the ground and then came down the top of the ice .The truckers use to put skies on there trucks to go in the deep snow .
