Help! I can"t get the rear seal to stop leaking. I have replaced it three times and still leaks immediately. I have been running it each time prior to putting front end of tractor back on to check it for leak so I can now get the engine seperated in about half an hour. Each time I pull it apart the seal looks good with even wear. Thought maybe mating surface between upper seal retainer and oil pan were not sealing well so last time I put on a VERY abundant coat of permatex "Right Stuff" where the two parts mate, put the pan on, and let it set up for four days before starting. Still leaked immediately. I am running out of ideas so any help would be greatly appreciated.
